What is a Project Health Check?
An independent review of a project already underway: its objectives, scope, plan, governance, RAID, stakeholders and dependencies. You get a clear account of how it is set up, where the delivery risks are, and a prioritised set of recommendations, with a recovery roadmap if one is needed.
Can you help recover a delayed project?
Often, yes. We start with an independent review of where things really stand, then reset scope, priorities, ownership and the plan, and manage the recovery if asked. Not every project can be recovered, and we will tell you honestly if the objective or the constraints need to change.
Can you work with our existing internal project manager?
Yes. We often support an internal PM with structure, extra delivery capacity, governance or supplier coordination, or provide oversight while they run the day to day.
Can you manage external suppliers?
Yes. Coordinating software vendors, developers, agencies and contractors — their deliverables, dependencies, acceptance criteria and escalation, plus the internal readiness around them — is a common part of the work. This is delivery coordination, not legal or commercial contract management.
Can you help with technology implementation?

Managing them actively, rather than listing them once, is what keeps a project on track.
Can you help with stakeholder management?

How long can you support a project?
From a one-off health check through to the full life of a project or an ongoing fractional arrangement. The commitment is agreed with you and can flex as the project moves through its phases.
Can you guarantee that a project will finish on time?
No. No responsible project manager can guarantee an outcome that depends on resources, suppliers, decisions and risks outside their control. What we provide is structure, active management, visibility and fast escalation, which materially improves the likelihood of successful delivery.
